Service Area & Graduated Radius

Core Zone (0–25 Miles): Standard installation rates apply for the Greater Richmond Metro.

Extended Zone (26–50 Miles): A flat, transparent Logistics Fee is added to cover travel.

Single-Trip Travel Policy: For Tier 2/3 complex builds that require multiple days, the travel fee is only charged once. We don't penalize you for the size of your project.

Site Preparation & Cleanup Services

Proper site preparation ensures a safe, stable, and long-lasting installation. We prepare the ground so your structure sits level and secure, then handle full cleanup after the job is complete. All debris and packaging are removed, leaving your yard clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.

These sets feature larger footprints, heavier timbers, and more intricate add-ons like tube slides or multi-level platforms. They require additional precision and muscle to ensure everything is perfectly level and secure.

Tier 3

The "Empire" Builds

Benchmark: Gorilla Empire Extreme

These are the massive, multi-tower wooden fortresses that become the centerpiece of the neighborhood. Because of the sheer volume of hardware and timber, these builds require expert-level logistics and extended assembly time.

The 8-to-4 Standard
Our team arrives at 8:00 AM sharp with the goal of being packed up and gone by 4:00 PM.

This schedule applies to all Tier 1 and the majority of Tier 2 sets. We show up early, work straight through, and perform our final safety walkthrough in time for you to let the kids loose before dinner. For Tier 3 builds, we’ll provide a custom timeline, but our focus remains on getting the job done with the least amount of disruption to your family life.

Safety & Site Disclaimer

To ensure the highest standards of structural integrity and professional service, all installations are subject to the following site requirements. These guidelines are in place to protect your investment, your property, and—most importantly—the children who will use the playset.

Unique Property Clause

Every backyard in the Richmond area is different. By booking our services, the homeowner acknowledges that each installation is a custom construction project. While we are experts in assembly, unforeseen ground conditions (such as hidden rock veins, drainage issues, or soil density) may require adaptive, on-site solutions. We promise to communicate any necessary adjustments clearly before proceeding.

The 3-Inch Safety Rule

Safety is a science, not a guess. Per our factory-trained protocols and manufacturer warranty requirements, we provide minor leveling and shimming for elevation changes up to 3 inches only.

  • Strict Limit: If your site exceeds a 3-inch slope across the footprint of the playset, professional grading or site preparation must be completed by a third party prior to our arrival.
  • Why? Exceeding this limit without proper grading compromises the structural geometry of the set, voids the manufacturer warranty, and creates significant safety hazards.
Underground Utilities

The homeowner is responsible for identifying and clearly marking all private underground lines within the assembly area. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Irrigation and sprinkler lines
  • Landscape lighting wires
  • Invisible pet fences
  • Private drainage pipes
