Professional protection for your home and family.
I stand by my work. If it ever needs an adjustment, I’m just a local call away.
Don't worry about the truck. I’ll pick up your playset or shed from Costco and deliver it directly to your yard.
Precise leveling and safety anchoring are included with every single build.
1. Do I need to pick up the playset from Costco myself?
No. That is part of my "White-Glove" service. If you have purchased a playset or shed at a Richmond Costco, I will pick it up, deliver it to your property, and perform the full installation. You don’t need a truck or a trailer.
2. Does my yard need to be perfectly level?
Not necessarily, but the ground where the playset sits must be relatively flat for safety. As part of my professional installation, I provide minor leveling and high-grade safety anchoring to ensure the structure is rock-solid and secure for your children.
3. How long does a typical Costco playset installation take?
Most large sets (like the Cedar Summit or Gorilla models) take me and my team one full day. While the manual might say "30–40 hours" for a DIY project, our experience allows us to get your kids playing by dinnertime.
4. Are you insured?
Yes. I carry a $1 Million Liability Insurance policy. This protects your home, your property, and gives you total peace of mind while we are working on-site.
5. What is your "Lifetime Guarantee"?
I am a Godwin High and U of R grad—I’m not going anywhere. If a bolt loosens or the set needs a safety adjustment due to normal use, I will come back and fix it at no charge. I build these for your grandkids like I do for my own.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
I make it easy. I accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MC, Amex), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Zelle.
We follow up after completion to gather valuable feedback, reviews, and referrals.

We are Richmond’s premier experts in Cedar Summit and KidKraft models. Because we specialize in the specific sets sold at the West Henrico and Chesterfield warehouses, we know every bolt, bracket, and board before we even arrive. We handle the logistics so you don’t have to, ensuring your Costco investment is assembled exactly as the engineers intended.
Central Virginia terrain is rarely "level." From the heavy Midlothian clay to the challenging Short Pump slopes, we are the local experts in Richmond’s unique topography. We don’t just "drop" a set in your yard; we assess your specific land to ensure a level, stable, and secure foundation that accounts for our local soil and grading.
We do more than just "build" a playset—we certify it. Our team utilizes Factory-Trained assembly techniques to ensure every component meets rigorous structural integrity standards. When we finish a project, we conduct a comprehensive safety walkthrough, giving you the peace of mind that your children are playing on a structure that is professionally vetted and rock-solid.
Our job isn't done until your backyard is pristine. Unlike many assembly services that leave a mountain of packaging behind, our Ready-to-Play Promise includes full debris removal. We take all cardboard, plastic, and pallets with us. The only thing we leave behind is a safe, sturdy playset and a yard ready for immediate fun.
